At Fichera Fitness, you can work-out in a clean and private setting, get an awesome work-out and also have some fun! You never have to wait in line, deal with crowds or sweaty/dirty equipment! Fichera Fitness also doesn’t have any hidden fees or annoying corporate rules.


I have over 15 years of experience working with men and women of many different ages and fitness levels. Do you have any injuries or stiff muscles/joints? Are you recovering from an injury or surgery? I have a lot of experience working with clients with joint pain in the knee, shoulder, hip, ankle. elbow, neck, and lower back. My fitness program involves using the foam roller to reduce tension in the body and of course stretching- to elongate the muscles and improve mobility. I then add some physical therapy-like exercises to the weight lifting routine for a nice, well-rounded fitness program.


I thought I would add a personal story so you could learn more about me. Hey it’s not called “personal training” for nothing, right?? Sorry! Bad joke!! Anyway, being a personal trainer has helped me live a mostly healthy life, however, mixed in there were a couple years with some unhealthy habits that caused me to gain weight and feel not so great. After looking myself in the mirror, setting some goals, and changing my eating and exercise habits, I was able to lose around 40 lbs. in 5 months. I say this, so you know that I understand what it feels like to be over weight, discouraged, but ready to make a change. Along the way, I’ve helped clients lose anywhere from 10 to over 60 lbs. I know how to help others get healthier from both personal and professional experience.

When I first started out as a trainer, I was pretty thin. I wanted to put on some muscle, so I worked out more intensely and more often, increased my calories and protein, and gained around 25 lbs of muscle in about 9 months. Using my personal experience and some research, I was able to help several clients get that lean/muscular look. So if you’re thin and want to get more “jacked”, I can help you with that too!
