Monthly Memberships

Due to the current COVID-19 crisis, exercising in a clean, private setting is more important than ever. We have proper sanitation cleaners recommended by the CDC and take your safety and cleanliness seriously. Every membership includes a quick orientation to show you how to use the equipment. One-on-One Training at my Studio

Don’t like working out in traditional gyms? Not a fan of waiting in line for equipment or crowds of people? At my studio we can just focus on your workout in a fun and non-intimidating environment. I believe functional weight training with free weights and body-weight is the best way to train your body. Functional training gives you “real-world” strength by performing exercises that mimic natural movements. No more sitting in a machine isolating one muscle at a time! Doing squats, rows, push-ups, planks, lunges, presses and deadlifts will work more muscles at the same time, thus maximizing your time and results!


Boxing

Want to relieve some stress? Does learning how to defend yourself while also getting an awesome work-out sound interesting to you? Boxing is a fun and intense full-body work-out that will make you sweat and smile! I will teach you proper technique and footwork so you can start learning more challenging combinations and defensive counter moves. In between rounds of boxing, I like to throw in some ab exercises, jumping jacks, and squats etc. to mix it up and give your arms a minute to rest! Pretty soon you’ll be a lean, mean, boxing machine!!


In-Home Training

Don’t have a lot of time to get to the gym, work-out for an hour, shower, then come back home? Let me bring the “gym” to you. This will save you time, money, and is super convenient! It works best when you already have a gym in your building or a home gym set-up, however I can bring some light-weight equipment and also many exercises can be done with just your body-weight. I travel to clients’ homes in the Boston area. Please message me about hourly rates to come to your area.
